Idiyappam Flour

Idiyappam is one of the famous cuisines. Not just in Kerala, but also in the neighbouring state of Tamil Nadu. Idiyappam is generally made using rice flour. That being the reason, it is the white Idiyappam that often comes to one’s mind. There is also this healthier version of Idiyappam, which is made with red rice flour. Idiyappam not only looks creative in the thin, stranded noodle form, but also feels light for one’s gut.
